Information you’ll need to apply for a loan
Property information
Be sure to have the property address, purchase price (or home value for refinancing), loan amount, and the type of property. If you don’t have a specific address yet, just the city and state will work for now.

You’ll need your current and past employment history, two years worth of bank statements, and proof of income from sources that aren’t your employer such as social security, pensions, alimony, investments, or government assistance.
Assets and liabilities
Don’t forget to include your other accounts, real estate and vehicles owned, life insurance policies, and any other loans in your name.
