Graduating with a BA in Psychology from North Carolina A&T University, Shelina’s journey commenced as a Residential Property Manager, where she meticulously managed expansive portfolios comprising 500+ units across the picturesque landscapes from Charlotte to Raleigh, NC. Through her dedication and unwavering commitment, she swiftly ascended through the ranks of the industry, leaving an indelible mark wherever she ventured.

Driven by a passion for facilitating seamless transactions, Shelina transitioned into New Builder Sales, honing her skills and solidifying her reputation as a trusted advisor. Over the next 15 years, she amassed over $85 million in residential and commercial real estate sales, showcasing her prowess and dedication to her craft.

In 2014, Shelina founded Shelina F. Patrick & Associates, LLC (now Shelina Patrick Realty, LLC), where she showcased visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence. Simultaneously, her pursuit of knowledge led her to High Point University, where she currently pursues graduate studies in Communications and Business Leadership.
