Meet Abbey Tebben, Area Manager

I am a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, specializing in mortgage origination and process improvement. Throughout my career, I have successfully blended hands-on industry expertise with strategic enhancements that have helped myself and other loan officers amplify their businesses and build effective, high-performing teams.

In addition to my leadership in mortgage origination, I bring a unique skill set as an adjunct professor and curriculum developer. For over a decade, I have taught and developed courses in communication, mathematics, and business at a local university, which has further enriched my approach to education and coaching.

I firmly believe that education and coaching should be tailored to meet the specific needs of borrowers, referral partners, sales staff, and leaders. My approach fosters open, transparent communication, identifying strengths and opportunities for growth. I am passionate about promoting employment equity, offering personalized coaching, and guiding teams through project and change management processes.

My most recent initiatives include the development of business intelligence tools designed to support loan officers and operations partners, as well as the creation of innovative, transparent recruiting and coaching strategies.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, supporting my kids’ sports activities at the softball field and shooting range, traveling, playing cards, fishing, and exploring new local adventures.
